One of the best looking games coming out for Xbox/PC. This is a repost of the intel conference video but this video has a little better video quality than the last one.
simply amazing! i don't know much about what type of game this is, but just by its graphics alone it has now earned a spot in my radar.
This is a must buy for me.
Yes I got to get this game. Man the physics where awesome! The story looks like its going to be cool to. Wow that was crazy stuff when the trailer fell right in front of him lol.
can't wait for it, I'm adding it to my XBOX collection.
this game looks really good. i was a little disappointed that it was mistakenly thought to come out for the PS3. oh well, like someone else said on another thread, if i wanted a certain game really bad, i should just buy a 360 or get it for the PC. the only problem with the PC version is that i'll never get the max graphics/res. unless i have a super fast comp. i guess i'll wait for Mass Effect to come out, then i'll decide if i want a secondary console.
I had someone come into my store the other day who was friends with the developers of this game and told me that I should keep my eyes and ears open for this game... Looks like he was right!!
My eyes or watching out for this game, can,t wait to play it.
This video was posted before, but in less quality and every time I watch it, it whows me again... Just check it gamers. Alan Wake, Bioshock, Gears of War, Halo 3, Halo Wars, Too Human, Huxley, Lost Planet And more. Only on 360. Already more reasons to buy that one over any other console if you ask me! Everyone was whowed over this one, over Bioshock, over Gears and I know you want them :)
graphics. There is just one thing that ruins them for me and thats the way they animated his running, to me its not realistic.
The quality of this game looks to be exceptional, it is on my list along with mass effect. I agree with TRON though, his running looks really lame. His running could be due to the fact that the game isnt finished yet, some one posted a completion percentage of alot of future games, was this game on it?, if so what was the rate? anyone know?, anyone?.. anyone, anyone?
As an FYI that game was running Direct X 10, a quad core Intel processor, and who knows what graphics card (obviosuly an upcoming DX 10 card). So while I agree it was downright stunning (the water was perfect) it was running on hardware that will not be available for many many months. That was NOT running on the 360! Also he ran like a girl, which as tron pointed out ruined the whole demo. I kind of wish he would have gotten crushed by that van.
Yes it's cool......... but what you can expect with the PC spec used to run that "demo"?
Fantastic looking game. It's a shame it will never come out on the PS3.
Anybody have any idea how big the gameworld in this is? There was a part of that video where they seemed to fly through the world and it seemed to be MASSIVE!!
Well im not sure exactly what the 360 is capable of but this might run smoothly on it! We have yet to see a game that takes advantage of the 360 cpu, so my question is why wouldn't this be possible on 360? Do some of you honestly believe that the 360 has been maxed out and just because PS3 showed some very impessive games at TGS that 360 is inferior or something? I think that we will see games even more amazing then this on 360 in the years to come! This game looks really good but im sure something else will come along after this on 360! Personally I like the running because i've seen people run like that! It's not a full sprint and Alan just runs different so get used to it! The 360 in my eye's is a very promising system and the dx10 features inside of it are geared for gaming only which is a very good thing for 360 and even pc owners! To me Next gen is all about visual immersion and with games like this it's only getting better!
When I first seen this a year ago I didnt care. But now this game is starting to get my Attention.
I usually don't get goo gaga over videos but sh!t that game looked so Fn real. Did you see the water/clouds and the lighting. I still don't know what kind of game this is though. Anybody have a clue?
