Far Cry 3 Review | Quarter to Three

Quarter to Three: "The 'it could be worse' philosophy is Far Cry 3 in a nutshell. This is a good open-world shooter, with plenty of satisfying open-world gunplay, and it fits neatly into the annals of the usual open-world games, even if it doesn’t quite understand many of them. But the most notable fact about Far Cry 3 is that it’s not a sequel to Far Cry 2. It is instead a response to Bethesda’s success." (Far Cry 3, PC, PS3, Xbox 360) 3/5
