Free Season Pass Offered with Darksiders II

THQ has launched a new promotion offering gamers the chance to get a free Season Pass with all copies of Darksiders II purchased via their online store. The promotion includes free and immediate access to the Maker’s Armour Set and Abyssal Forge downloadable content (DLC), as well as the upcoming Demon Lord Belial add-on.

I can't help but feel ripped-off with the console version. I payed $130 dollars for the limited edition, and the game was half as short as reported.

I felt for THQ going bankrupt, but they truly are A-holes. The DLC is horrible (at least the first 2). There are game breaking bugs that haven't been fixed, and won't be.

Thinking of reconsidering getting Metro Last Light and South Park day 1 next year :(

EDIT: Never said it was bad, it was my most anticipated game this year and I felt let down by how short it was. Sure, it was great, but the support from THQ has been horrendous and pretty well non-existent. Surely people can agree at least on that front. Or you could try defending them and let them know it's Okay to screw people over......

The DLC is broken. Just head over to the Darksiders 2 forums. Many un-answered complaints.

so the dlc is not worth it? just got the game 3 days ago and its much better than Darksiders 1 so far
didnt had any bugs either (PS3)

I got the limited edition last month for £22 from asdas and must ask if the op played the same game as me. i must be close to 25 hours in which is what it took me to complete the first darksiders yet i must be roughly halfway through in 2. Top game though, its like a mash up of the best franchises but tweaked to give it a darksiders feel. The bosses are immense also the sense of scale amazes me sometimes. Hats off to vigil games, there has to be a 3 and 4 imo.

Darksiders 1 is better. That's not to say that Darksiders 2 is a bad game, it's not at all and I thoroughly enjoyed it, but Darksiders 1 is leagues better than the sequel.

Name one Season Pass that includes all DLC. Most Season Passes I've seen are merely offering a discount on future DLC releases. I hate Season Passes. It's like having a Cosco membership. Paying people to sell you stuff? Really?

I hate season Passes too, bought the Saints Row 3 one, what a waste of money. I'll just wait for GOTY/Complete/Gold editions :)
