Hitman: Absolution shows us why too much story can be a bad thing

Bitmob - Something is quite alluring about Hitman protagonist Agent 47. Is it the iconic red tie and black suit? Those lovely Baller Pistols of his? Or is it just his shiny bald head? (Hitman: Absolution, PC, PS3, Xbox 360)

"I really hope IO Interactive listens to player feedback and goes back to basics for the next game"

So do I, the new Hitman is really good, if your new to the series, but if your a veteran, like me, the new Hitman is a step back

In the previous games, your given a contract, and like any job your getting highly paid for, you want to do your best at it. The new game is not the same, your not doing specific contracts, your not getting paid, your a rouge agent

So where does the need to be stealthy come from? you dont get rewarded it Hitman Absolution for anything, you just get an overall score at the end of each level that you can share with friends/leaderboards etc

I enjoyed the game, its got plenty of flaws, but I like Mr 47, hes my favorite gaming character, and I didnt mind the story telling in Hitman Absolution

I just finished this new latest Hitman, and I really liked it, Im also veteran in Hitman games since I finished all of them on hardest level without killing random people........

But I really hope they will stick to old type of gameplay! this new hitman was too linear, old hitman games are pure simple - large map, task to do, and escape plan... pure awesome... this new hitman was like uncharted type gameplay.. its good, but not for hitman!
