Heard nothing but good things about Far Cry. If I wasn't already swamped in games I'd get it.

I got the digital version last Thursday it looks and plays great.

The performance might be a little lower than usual when many enemies on appear screen but that´s it. The multiplayer is a fun time but the real strength of this game is the singleplayer mode.

How does Bioshock 2 compare to 1? I'll probably download it. But I'm just a little disappointed that the US is getting the short end of the stick while Europe gets Batman:AC, Vanquish, Crysis 2, Deus Ex and more.

But then again, I'm getting better free stuff with PS+ than XBLG. All I got there was Wreckateer and a 1% discount as bonuses. Yay?

If you liked Bioshock, you will like Bioshock 2.

You aren't likely to have that "holy crap" moment that the first gave you. That's because you have already seen Rapture.

I would be surprised if you didn't enjoy 2, though.

*whispers*>>just don't play the multiplayer
Commandar_Shepard  +   170d ago
Don't only around 5 or 6 people still play the multiplayer?
MysticStrummer  +   170d ago
I loved the first, but couldn't get into the second. It's not a bad game by any means, but as Heisenburger said the sense of wonder while exploring Rapture isn't there. Also, I didn't feel like they did a good job with the story or it's presentation, but I stopped playing fairly quickly so it may have gotten better. Multiplayer wasn't a factor with my purchase and I never checked it out.

Keep in mind that in the Ni no Kuni demo, the world map has way more monsters on it than usual and is more restricted than in the final game.

You also don't get to reaaallly see the depth of the battle system, which is unfortunate. Still, enjoy the graphics everyone :)
