In an era when shooters were rising to the forefront of the industry, many credit Baldur’s Gate with revitalizing the PC RPG genre. I love a good re-release as much as anyone, but fourteen years is a long, long, time and that had me wondering just how the game I loved so much, back in high school, would hold up."
