Trine 2: Director's Cut will get Wii U Pro Controller support with update

In mid to late December, Trine 2: Director's Cut for the Wii U will receive an update that brings voice chat, support for the Wii U Pro Controller, new languages, "additional vividness to the graphics", and other minor fixes. (Trine 2: Director's Cut, Wii U)

Hmm. maybe I should wait until after the new year to pick this up then. I want it in tip-top shape if I buy it.

Ok, I'll just let you know that Trine 2 is already awesome as it is for Wii U. This update will only make it even more awesomer. :P

voice chat was the only thing I felt this game truly needed to make it better. The rest of the game is simply stunning.

Ok Nintendo now do the same for your own titles dammit! Why am I forced to play New Super Mario Bros U with just the Wiimotes. Selling people the slick new Pro controller and then not fully supporting it?! WTF Nintendo I love you and all but that's just BS.

You mean on multiplayer? Yeah, it's weird for me as well, not being able to play with my girlfriend unless we both use Wii remotes. I prefer to play with the Gamepad, so I would like to play with her using the Gamepad (and in normal game, not in boost rush mode).

:/
