"So this isn’t really a surprise to most people as Sony has been losing quite a fair bit of money lately, but I noticed a few things about their Playstation 3 game cases a couple days ago." - TGS (PS Vita, PS3, Sony)

Compared to the R&D costs of Nintendo and Microsoft in the last few years, it doesn't seem like Sony is developing any big projects. I know we have rumors (several saying different things) of PS4 dev kits and the PS4 itself plus the vague interpretations of some Sony representatives but it really makes me wonder when they were to have started developing this new system.

Ridiculous article btw, instruction manuals are used less and less while game cases are becoming cheaper aka green.

um okay
did you read the stoyr XD?
So this story, um lol wtf??
They are basing this on the game cases of the ps3 -_-

"The last two games I bought for the PS3 were Playstation All-Stars Battle Royale, and Call of Duty: Black Ops II. What I found very interesting about these was the quality of the cases. When compared to two other games I had bought new (Killzone 3 and inFamous 2) there was a significant difference."

No they aren't... I'm comparing my old titles with the new cases right now. Also digital manuals are starting to become the norm. EA got rid of them, but hey at least Sony supplies them on disc. EA you have to dl fromt he computer I guess http://nexus404.com/2011/03...

"I also found something interesting with PSASBR. it had no manual in the case, and instead it was actually ON the disc, digitally. If I had to guess, it’s a way for any game that Sony publishes to save money on printing costs, as there was a Black Ops II manual since it was by a third party publisher"

You will find this happening more often from games (not just Sony). The instruction manuel is going the way of the Dodo because why spend that little bit extre when tutorials or on disc manuels are cheaper and as effective. I wouldn't be suprised if manuels go in he next year or two

Trust me they still are making money out of this...company wont survive for a year or even a month if they are selling it without profit..dont you guys dont even wonder? From a 499 console they can still sell and give games as bundled for almost 199??

It's not the same person writing the article, so get your facts right. Plus, it's nothing more than an informative news article.
