Exclusive DLC will kill your franchise, learn from Call of Duty Black Ops 2

Regardless of what platform you choose to play a recently released multi-platform title on, odds are you have been on the wrong end of the exclusive DLC marketing technique in the past. This terrible archetype is the result of console manufactures and publishers marketing one game for a particular platform base. Although it may have a short-term success with one particular title, its affect on a franchise is one to consider. (PC, PS3, Xbox 360)
