Treyarch Asks Fan Help To Improve Call Of Duty: Black Ops 2 Multiplayer Experience

gamersyndrome.com: One of the strongest points of Call Of Duty: Black Ops 2 is the multiplayer experience: Treyarch has crafted a thougher multiplayer experience to extend the title’s life even further. However this time things may be too difficult for players since playing on the Hardcore playlists has been going slow: the Hardcore playlists makes multiplayer modes even harder, with increased damage and removal of the HUD. For this reason David Vonderhaar is asking for gamer’s feedback. (Call of Duty: Black Ops 2, PC, PS3, Treyarch, Wii U, Xbox 360)

Cool. At least some companies ask for feedback etc. If not for anything it's a nice PR move. I like the multiplayer... I don't play the hardcore version though.

I'd have to disagree about hardcore. I love it, but it's all personal opinion. Otherwise, I completely agree with you. It's nice for them to ask.

You can give feedback but if it cost them money they won't listen. Majority of the fans are asking for dedicated servers ad nothing.
Abdou23  +   976d ago
Dedicated Servers for future releases.
FarCryLover182  +   976d ago
Not like Acti would ever do that though. unfortunately.
ninjahunter  +   976d ago
They've already commented on this, with how massively popular Call of duty is they would go bankrupt within months of release.
Abdou23  +   976d ago
And you believed that ?!
ninjahunter  +   976d ago
If you look at the cost to rent a server yourself, youl see that on a monthly basis it would cost millions to keep servers running.
dazzrazz  +   976d ago
You should be asking feedback before you stared making a game not after lol !

Get rid of one hit kill snipers aside from head shots. Please for the love of god, the as good as shotguns up close if your any good and they can still one shot across the map. Its infuriating to move to a better location and instantly die.

But...

A 50 cal can kill you with one shot through 3 feet of concrete...Most rifles will on require a shot to the midsection to kill you.

A a shotgun can hit targets with accuracy from range depending on the ammo.

What I do have a problem with is when sniper randomly aim and the assist allows them to kill you without properly aiming. I think they call it...um...bullshit.

Heart and head should be 1 shot kill, not my freaking hands, arse or feet. Playing kz2 and 3 is annoying as f*ck, when punks don't aim and get a 1-hit-kill. It's why dillan took that crap out of starhawk, both in warhawk and killzone (even cod) people just camp and do (at times) kills from across the map, its nonsense. Many times (especially during objectives) I find myself almost completing an objective for my team, just for a punk sniper to shoot my arse and kill me? Many times I told myself "if this person had to actually aim, I either would of killed him or completed the objective".

the only thing i want is the hit detection and fix the OP of the sub machinegun
ThatHappyGamer  +   976d ago
Remove the "Lag Compensation" out of the game. Thanks.
Dark_Overlord  +   975d ago
I find it funny that since Day 1 people have requested this but Treyarch haven't listened, and now they want feedback to help?
Dead_by_Dawn  +   976d ago
How about fixing the lag, start with that and gamers will be happy. They should do this before adding other features that will most likely cause more problems.

Just to say remember the jump from COD4/WAW to mw2? I sure as hell do- you know main cause for that? well it was infintiy ward asking for fan suggestions and advice.... not the 1st time that's gone tits up for a game either fact is the fans don't actually know what they want not till they've played it, with changes made can't see this necessairly improving COD if they listen to gameplay suggestions-simply put some people will make moronic suggestions.

Lol, asking fans to help improve their tired ass busted game. Stop buying their turd games thats how they should help, maybe then theyll have some motivation besides money to actually improve shit. Wanna improve your game ? Dump everything you have for the next game ( we know you will make one ) includIng textures, character and gun models, map assets and especially that tired ass fuck engine and start fresh. Its gonna be a little embarrassing come next gen whith you guys still running round with same damn shit.
