1UP:Very few games have ever left me in a state of frustrated awe quite like Pid, a new puzzle-platformer available through a majority of digital download venues. The inaugural effort by Swedish indie studio Might and Delight, Pid pays unerring homage to the 8-bit platformers we all grew up on, even if that means bringing over some of the archaic design decisions that games have long-since moved past. It's this unflinching love of that specific era of gaming that contribute to Pid's greatest successes, while simultaneously guiding its most massive failures. C+/A+
