Warning: World of Warcraft Phishing Scam

According to Symantec, scammers are sending out phishing emails for World of Warcraft accounts. In general, such an email attempts to get a reaction from you by telling you that your account was temporarily suspended and that you need to log in to verify your details. Here's a sample of the scam email:

"Greeting!

We are writing to inform you that, unfortunately, we have had to temporarily suspend your World of Warcraft account and place a final warning on it...

If you wish not to have your account suspended you should immediately verify your account at..."

If you were to follow the link, you would end up at a spoofed site that would steal your account information. Symantec has the full email and information on the spoofed site, and explains how the phishing attack works.
