IGN-LEGO Lord of the Rings Vita/3DS Review

IGN:Like many 21st century nerds, I have a deep love for Peter Jackson's film adaptation of Tolkien's seminal fantasy trilogy. Until I sat down to dig into the portable version of LEGO Lord of the Rings, I believed that I could be made to love anything so long as the film's main theme was running in the background. I was wrong; oh so terribly wrong. I can forgive a lot of mistakes when I see a good game hidden behind them, but there comes a point where even Adagio in D Minor fails to garner my sympathy. LEGO Lord of the Rings hits that point almost immediately and never redeems itself. (3DS, LEGO Lord of the Rings, PS Vita) 3.8/10

I have the Vita version and for me it is a 7.5/10. This lego game is much better than lego batman 2. Ign really sucks for reviews.

3.8, really? I guess I shouldn't expect any less from IGN. I mean, after that Ragnarok Odyssey review where the guy fully admitted he didn't even finish the game...yet gave it a 5? And now this, from an "IGN freelancer".

Glad I removed IGN from my bookmarks. I couldn't care less about this game, but their reviews of late have been disgusting.

This is 1 reason reviews score should die, just review a game without a score or don't review at all.

Yeah, the Vita version wasn't amazing by any means but it was a reasonable 6-7.
