What’s Next for Mario?

With Paper Mario: Sticker Star and New Super Mario Bros. U released in North America and on the brink of release in other regions, it’s time to look at what’s next for the Mario series. (3DS, Game & Wario, Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon, Mario Kart U, Mario Wii U, Super Smash Bros. 4, Wii U)

Good ?
We know he's making an appearance in Kart and Smash. With the inevitable 3D Mario outing, though I must admit, I've become 3D Mario'd out.

I wish they'd bring the same passion they bring to 3D Mario and give it to his true 2D roots. If you play Mario Bros. 3 you will know what I mean, the game is just amazing..Still.

Hell if Nintendo can't beat their past, embrace it and give us a Remake of Mario Bros 3. hell I'd be down for a Mario AllStars like event updated with awesome graphics and remade sounds..And Keep Mario and Luigi Mute again. lol.

If they could give us that and Retro hook up a Super Metroid experience (Or Prime like one) Wii U would be on its way to being the true successor not to the Wii..But to the SNES.

I totally agree, I think if Retro did a 2d mario game, it would be the best 2d, 3d, 4d, what ever d, game ever!! look at what Retro did with DONKEY KONG COUNTRY RETURNS, IT WAS BETTER THAN ANY PS3, 360, WII, PC GAME IN 2010!! I agree, I would love to see Retro do a reduxe of mario 3...I guess we can always dream!!
