Is this the first look at the next Hitman game?

Square Enix Montreal appears to have offered players the very first glimpse of the next Hitman game - just days after Hitman Absolution went on sale. (Hitman: Absolution, PC, PS3, Square Enix Montréal, Xbox 360)

Hard to tell

Seriously doubtful

I don't doubt it, it's either the next game or DLC. That's clearly 47 with his briefcase walking away. So one of two things. New DLC with the return of the briefcase, or it's the next game.

Doubtful. Also, before I said it was probably Watch Dogs concept art. I then promptly edited it because, as many of you know, I'm a dumbass and forgot that Watch Dogs is UBISOFT Montreal. Stupid. So now I have no clue what this could be for. Deus Ex maybe? Even though its not futuristic enough.

Seems way too soon, but you never know! It might just be some DLC that's coming out.

I hope not. I don't like this "let's make another game right away" attitude; I'm all for long development cycles. IMO, games that are given 2-3 years to grow are often far better than the cash-cow titles that are released every year...

The next Hitman game has been confirmed as being developed by a brand new Square Enix studio, not IO Interactive. So its possible it's already in preproduction.

Sounds like a load of crock to me. It just doesn't add up. If anything, it's concept art from the production of Absolution.
