Blizzard CEO Mike Morhaime Believes Mainstream Media Needs To Respect ESports And Pro Gamers

Blizzard Entertainment has had a very good year in 2012. The company holds the record for bestselling PC game of the year with Diablo III. And Blizzard has had another success with World of Warcraft: Mists of Pandaria. Now the publisher, a division of Activision Blizzard Publishing, has targeted a March 12, 2013 launch date for StarCraft II: Heart of the Swarm. Mike Morhaime, the co-founder and CEO of Blizzard Entertainment, talks about StarCraft II, Battle.net World Championship (BWC) and the rise of eSports in this exclusive interview from Shanghai, China. How about you start respecting your customers?
Since you've sold your company out your main focus is pushing products out the door; your company has lost the art of video game making due to its post bought out obession of money making.

This is why good developers should NEVER sell out, because it will 110% in fact ruin the quality, mind and visions set by a company fueled by art; not profits.

Blizzard, fall from grace due to their short sighted CEO.
