The Best Game You've Never Played

There’s only one thing worse than a rubbish game that everyone loves, and that’s a great game that no one’s ever heard of. These mysterious gems don’t occur often – people tend to find out about them pretty quickly, and then BAM, they’re as popular as they deserve. But that’s not the way it always happens. In the year 2000 such a game came along, a PC game for Windows 98. My dad bought it when it came out, and I’ve been installing it, attempting to beat it, failing and forgetting about it periodically ever since; I only completed it this summer. It’s called Sacrifice, and you’ve probably never heard of it. (PC, Sacrifice)

You need to play Sacrifice. Its truly the best game ever made. It has a long learning curve. It needs a HD re-release

Update: Its on Steam sale. Just bought it. Holy shit!

The entire article reeks of "hey guize, I finally beat Sacrifice because gog.com had it on sale and it had some great reviews and so now I'm gonna tell you all about an awesome game that is over a decade old".

Pu-leeze.

Bought Sacrifice when it was $45 a long time ago. Great game. Love being the dark magic thing mixed with trents or whatever you call those tree things. Hated Earth magic users cuz they destroyed souls which is really stupid when using limited resources that are suppose to be recycled throught the battlefield.

It came to steam a year or so ago but those who cant appreciate old crappy graphics from back then and is also an action strategy game might not like it. It's $5 on steam.

GOG sucks for selling it for $10 when it's been $5 on steam. GOG beats steam with Torment though.

I used to play this game all the time back then. It's really fun.

You are low on mana... words etched into my brain now.
