The Best And Worst Uses Of The Wii U GamePad So Far

Gamesradar- We've been toying around with Nintendo's Wii U console for the past couple of weeks, and have had some pretty awesome experiences with the GamePad tablet. While we're still getting used to its size (we were, after all, used to 360 controllers and PS3 DualShocks), we've found a few awesome uses of the device that we'd like to see more of going forward--as well as a few that we'd like to see stopped in their tracks.

Can you watch movies on the controller? that would be cool.

I believe that's what Nintendo TVii will do. I'm not too well versed on it, though, so if someone could clarify, that'd be great.

i read while ago that you can after all if you can switch to just the gamepad while someone occupys the tv, then i would assume the same can be done for video streaming content, after all that is what the gamepad is doing right?

@DarkBlood, in an ideal world yes... but this is Nintendo we're talking about here, they are notorious for giving the bare bones and skimping on hardware functionality, so i wont be surprised if you cant watch on your gamepad

Nintendo never redesign their home consoles. But Sony does so wait for that. Sony redesigned the PS1 once,PS2 twice and the PS3 triples.so for the PS4 expect four redesigned type's. ohhh Fanboys when Sony does its cool but when Nintendo does hell break loose. Fanboys so delusional.
