Black Ops 2: Is It Everything You Hoped For?

With so much excitement around Call of Duty Black Ops II Rebecca Mayes asks "Is it everything you hoped for?" in a new recording of her review song. Maybe she should have played Battlefield? (Call of Duty: Black Ops 2, Culture, PS3, Xbox 360)

Great to see another new song from Rebecca! These are always beautiful and interesting responses to games outside the normal remit of "reviewing."

Bravo.

cod devs really suck. ps3 player screwed again.. I expect the same next gen they are really in bed with MS. I might start playing Dice games on ps3.

DICE are no better. They couldn't get rid of screen tear in Battlefield. They stuffed up PS3 Bad Company 1 and 2, and even though BF3 was better on PS3, they promised sooo much more but then left it out.

Maybe it would be against MS policy to give PS3 version better physics/dynamic environments? Not sure.

Point is, DICE didn't deliver what they promised us PS3 gamers.

OT: Have only played COD 4,5,6. Four was excellent. WaW was terrible IMO. MW2 started off awesome, then got boring (urban setting for too long).

The Black ops games seem quite good from what I have heard, so I borrowed it off a friend (haven't played it yet, maybe tomorrow).

Lol DSQD

I don't even play CoD. But you are obviously a kid, and just revealed that you are probably a fanboy of Battlefield.

I don't even own any of the CoD games. Screen tear was apparent in the battlefield games. FACT.

TBH, I don't like either CoD or Battlefield. Sorry I offended you though kid.

I've just sold Black Ops to go buy Battlefield. Never felt happier.

Not really, but it's a better game than Mw3. Im done with Infinity Crap/Sledgecrapper games.

I am not a CoD hater, I actually really like all the other CoD games, with the exception of World at War. But Black Ops 2 just doesn't do it for me. The Strike Force Mode is just a poorly done rts game that lacks any sense of balance. The rest of the SP is okay but it seems off to me. The Zombie mode is made a lot less fun by the difficulty spike that happens way too soon in the rounds and the map isn't laid out very well.

I am not a big mp fps guy so I want say anything bad about that aspect of the game. I will say that I suck at fps games, but I could get a decent number of kills in the mp so I didn't mind it, but a guy like me probably should have been slaughtered.
