"Assassin’s Creed III is a big game. Huge, some would say. From chasing pages of Ben Franklin’s Almanac across the rooftops of Boston to captaining a ship on the Eastern Seaboard, all the way to prancing through the treetops of the Frontier and collecting animal pelts, Assassin’s Creed III does all it can to offer the grandest experience the series has ever seen. Unfortunately, technical glitches, writing, and pacing have all suffered as a consequence of the game’s scope, dragging it from being a great game to a good game. It’s fun, ambitious, and there’s a hell of a lot to be had – that is, if you can drag yourself though the first few hours. It’s very pretty though." | Select Start Media
Non-playable characters in certain games are meme material, thanks to their foolish behavior. These are the big-budget games with the dumbest NPCs.
Bethesda makes the most consistently stupid NPCs, like really bad... yet I still can't help but love playing their games. Guilty pleasure, I guess. *sigh* 😩
Every Bethesda game and Every Halo game. This list needed to have Cyberpunk somewhere.
Here are the most peaceful areas in games that are otherwise quite violent, offering players respite from chaos in the game world.
My first thought was the safe rooms in the resident evil series. When you hear that enchanting music you know you’re safe.
Afterlife in Cyberpunk 2077 is a peaceful area? Erm, hands down and very hard to miss, Misty Olszewski's Esoterica is the absolute epitome of peaceful areas in that game.
The "last of us" deer location i found to be a welcoming respite. It was nice to not have someone trying to eat me.
With the recent reveal of Assassin’s Creed Mirage and the promise that the series will return to its roots, there hasn’t been a better time to get stuck into Assassin’s Creed’s back catalog, whether it’s replaying an old favorite or getting lost in previously looked-over classic.
I really enjoyed Assassins Creed 3. My only complaint was that I didn’t enjoy when I had to switch from Connor to Desmond. It’s a personal preference, but Connor’s story was just more fun for me.
On a side note, Black flag was the most enjoyable of the AC games I played.
Been at this game for the past week. I'm 28 hours in doing everything. It's a love hate relationship that's for sure, lol. Mostly the controls get me every time in AC games. Like when you have to chase someone down, or hide. He grabs everything in site along the way.
As for things to do, man this game is King. The main story missions are nothing compared to all the side quests/missions. There has to be like 500 things to do. The graphic's look awesome! I love the sailing ship missions. The water is some of the best looking I've seen in a game.
I miss the shops you buy in town over starting a village. All this hunting/skinning has me feeling like Red Dead Redemption/Skyrim.
There is a huge patch coming called the Thanksgiving patch. The game does get buggy that's for sure.
i see lots of people complaining about controls. Honestly I havent encountered anything to aggravating. There are geometry problems, but its an open world game where many items can be climbed so I just give it a pass.
To all the people complaining about the combat system.. whats wrong with it? Its easy ... counter stab.. counter stab. what is so difficult about this?
this game is a 9!
Spot on we scored the game about the same.
