Fils-Aime: The folks there have said very nice public comments about the Wii U. In the end, it is Nintendo's responsibility to have a large installed base, to have development tools that help the developers and publishers create great content, and essentially create an environment where teams like Rockstar can bring their very best content to our platform, and if we do that hopefully the very best content throughout the entire industry will show up on Wii U.

Then it was"Wiiu is 3 to 5 times more powerful than current gen" Hahaha Reggie pulled a fast one on you again!!!!! Wiiu isnt even 1 time more powerful than current gen and is actually weaker in many aspects.

Then it was "Wiiu ports will be the definitive version and look better" lol Not seeming that way at all with most ports looking worse on the Wii u.

Then it was "Wiiu online will be better then ps3/xbox" hahahahaha tht was one of the funniest and Wiiu owners are eating their words as we speak.

Last but not least "Wow look at the Zombiu visuals and gameplay looks truky next gen" Hahahahaha visuals arent even comparabel to three year old ps3/xbox games which is sad. Games like UC1 crap all over Zombi u and reviews have been mixed with many low ones as well

So my question to ppl like Metroid, Pcz aka wiialpha and the other nin. fanboys in denial lol how many times do you have to eat your words and look silly before you admit wiiu is weak tech and if you own a ps3/xbox there is no need to buy one especially since ps3/xbox will still have the better games and better looking ones. Wiiu wont even reach LOU, HALO4, Uncharted visuals and maybeeeeeee in two to three years theyll have games that look as good as Uc2 and kz.

Thats sad for next gen system.

What part of a E6670/6770 hybrid dont you understand wiiu is like 3 gens in front of ps3 in terms of shaders and graphics in general.

Shader model 5.0 against 3.0
Compute shader 11 against zero
Opengl4.1/dx11 against ?/dx9
2gig Ram against 512mb
32mb Edram against zero
DSP against zero
1080p against sub 720p

Theres a few reasons wiiu is a beast compared to ps3.

Monster Hunter Ultimate is 1080p Native 60fps even on 3ds it looks as good as ps3/MH4 looks amazing as well Nintendo are doing just fine.

Games on the Wii U are capable of native 1080p, Nintendo announced that NSMBU would be because a Mario 2D platformer wouldn't really gain anything from being 1080p, it'd be a waste of time.

No one ever said the Wii U was 3 to 5 times more powerful then the current gen, it's between 1.5 and 2 times better like it was rumoured to be. Name one aspect it's weaker than current gen consoles in because I know you won't be able to as no one outside of Nintendo knows it's true power.

Most Wii U ports are definitive and better looking. The only one that isn't is Mass Effect, EA don't like the Wii U so they didn't make an effort with their port, Black Ops 2 looks better than the PS3/360 versions, that's a fact, I've seen them played side by side.

The Wii U online is better than PS3/360.

ZombiU graphics aren't groundbreaking no one ever said they were but they're not much worse than the best graphics on PS3. There are twice as many high reviews for the game than low ones.

RAM max speed: 12.8GB/sec
PS3 max speed: 25.6GB/sec

PS3 RAM speed is two times faster than the Wii U.

The average speed of the RAM is 12.8, the max speed is closer to 17. That's without knowing how fast the eDRAM is, without knowing the eDRAM speed you can't possibly know what the Wii U RAM is capable of. The PS3 is limited to 25.6, the Wii U's eDRAM could make it twice as fast as the PS3's. As I said we don't know enough about the specs to know if the Wii U is weaker than current gen consoles in any aspect.

Do a quick Google search, you'll see for every article that states the max speed is 12GB/s there is one that states it's closer to 17. It'll be a while until we know which is true and as I stated before we have no idea what the eDRAM is yet. I don't know why like a lot of people on this website you have it in for Nintendo wait till you have the full specs before throwing your BS around.
