Does Nintendo Rely Too Much on Its Name?

Leviathyn | Nintendo used to be the company that was synonymous with video games, but has it come to rely to heavily on its great history of games and systems to sell its products? With the Wii U launching today, I want to see why the company has started to show its age, and what it might be able to do to start to turn it around. (Nintendo, Wii U)

The things people come up with to bash.

I was 100% certain that Nintendo relied on its "games" not its name.

I think Nintendo has acquired the rights to Sony's previously overabundant amount of arrogance before the release of the Ps3.

The WiiU should have been more than what has been released, in my opinion.
