Susan Calloway Blogs about the Final Fantasy XIV “End of an Era” Trailer

If you saw the fantastic “End of an Era” cinematic video that served both as a final cutscene for Final Fantasy XIV and as a trailer for Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn, you’re familiar with the beautiful voice of Susan Calloway, that lent her talent to the theme song, “Answers”.

Today Susan actually blogged about it on her personal tumblr, talking about the experience she shared with composer Nobuo Uematsu and conductor Arnie Roth: (Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn, PC, PS3)

Wow what a humble person. She is extremely talented and I wish her the best on her new cd

Was a lot more tasteful than the Leona Lewis song from FF13.

I wasn't a fan either.
I just thought the fact they used someone out of X factor to try to appeal to the western audience was very distasteful.
We're not all mindless drones tuning in to that crap every year.
