Black Ops II "Prom Night" Glitch

Original-Gamer.com: "Towards the end of the campaign in Black Ops II, a glitch can occur during the "Prom Night" mission. Players have to lead a convoy through a city, and at a certain point, a glitch will occur where you automatically fail the mission." (Call of Duty: Black Ops 2, PC, PS3, Wii U, Xbox 360)

I am dying to see how people react to this about Call of Duty on this website. At least the person is knowledgeable saying it's coding instead of bashing the console itself. That's really the difference between each version, how the code is handled and not whether the console can handle the game. I call it the highest median, where both consoles meet to achieve the same thing is the goal of multiplatform games with similar hardware.

Now I hope people can understand mistakes can happen in any language / environment, no matter how easier it is than another language / environment.

Back on topic, my guess because the vehicle isn't present, the game is thinking the president is dead.
