"Buffalo shook things up a few months ago with its 320GB MiniStation TurboUSB and now it's hoping to do the dame again by cramming a whopping 500GB into its latest external hard disk drive (HDD).

The new Buffalo MiniStation TurboUSB is a 2.5-inch hard drive that manages to squeeze half a terabyte into a device measuring a 12.7 x 8.4 x 2mm. It also weighs less than 200g and, according to Buffalo, it means you can store up to 500 movies – in DivX or another compressed format, that is – but that's still a good thing."
