A game that looks this mediocre doesn't run at a constant 60fps on a quad core over 4ghz?

The game sucks and not worth a purchase. The graphics are worse than last years and very bad textures. Silly campaign is boring. I also get silly fps with quad core overclocked and overclocked 5770
