7 Reasons Why Assassin’s Creed 3 Is Actually Disappointing

GB: A few weeks ago, I was really excited. Assassin’s Creed 3, the biggest game in one of my favourite franchises was but days, nay hours away from release. I had heard so many good things about it- the trailers looked great, the previews said it was amazing, the information revealed by Ubisoft had me excited. Hell, I even wrote an article on how AC3 could be the best game in the series.

I haven't even played it yet and I understand why I'm the first to comment. You had me at, 'nay'.

The exact same reasons i had with the game. Achilles was underused. People say Connor was brutal hell Ezio was brutal as hell too when you got that Dagger of Brutus.

I agree with the reasons in this article except the last one. I do agree I was a little bit excited i would get a choice but then left disappointed when that doesn't happen. But it was the lesser of two evil. Without going too much into it that choice gave some hope for mankind and a posiblilty of changing their fate. The other option would have been ioce but there was no way to change the outcome down the line. One thing about the ending that sucked was who the big baddy was. It was pretty obvious from AC2/B who it was going to be

i think Ubi chose a poor setting for an AC game. With under developed towns the idea of a free running stealth game just didnt work and the charaters who poped up where nice to see but its like a film with lots of famous cameos in them. Its cool to see them and go ah wow but it doesn't instantly mean the film is brilliant. Connor was my main problem (there are other slightly smaller problems) with this game. Such an awful underdeveloped character with a poor voice actor voicing him.
