I have a feeling that the Unreal Engine 4 Epic keep praising on about, won't be as successful as their predecessor was.
Unless developers want to blow loads of cash, and then potentially file for bankruptcy later down the road.
For those of you who don't know; Tim Sweeney said next gen development will cost "2x" the amount it did when the PS360 first launched (their Unreal Engine 4 licence won't come cheap).
After all the studio closures over the years, developers can't release innovative AAA games and expect them to sell well because of how "pretty" they may look.
You can't view the gaming business only from a gamer's perspective. Making money is also apart of the game, after all.
