Woo! Sabin! Though I really liked Terra and Locke as the main characters as well. Just about every character was memorable from FFVI.

always felt FF6 had an ensemble cast and that is one of the great things about it, FF12&13 would have been much better if they did the same

I wish ANY Final Fantasy since then had even close to the cast FFVI had. I mean, what was it? 14 party members in total? Man was it hard to pick a party of 4 in that game... Even during the parts where you had to split up groups, it was hard to choose who to put in each one. Each and every one was awesome.

Vaan basically not being the main character in XII was strange... EDIT: This article says he was but he definitely wasn't. It'd be a toss up between Balthier, Ashe and Basch.

VI kind of had multiple main protagonists. That's one of the things that was awesome about it.
