Heart Of The Swarm Set For March 12th 2013 Release, Collectors Edition Detailed

Blizzard have announced the release date for Starcraft 2: Heart Of The Swarm.

The expansion back to Blizzards hugely popular RTS title will release on March 12th 2013. Three versions of the game will be released, each with different perks and extras. The standard edition will a copy of the game with the other two versions being a little more fancy.

The ‘Digital Deluxe’ edition will include:

Three StarCraft II-themed Battle.net portriats
StarCraft II Zerg Ultralisk “Torrasque” skin
World of Warcraft Baneling Battle Pet
Diablo III “Blade Wings” item – Queen of Blades-styled wings for Diablo III heroes
Diablo III Zerg banner sigil

The slightly more pricey (and a lot more physical version) will includes:

Behind-the-Scenes DVD and Blu-ray
Collector’s Edition Soundtrack CD
Heart of the Swarm Hardcover Art Book
Zerg Rush Mousepad (PC, StarCraft II: Heart of the Swarm)
