The Art of the kill in Assassin’s Creed III

As someone that’s spent an extensive amount of time in New York City, and Boston to a lesser extent, the idea of taking to their rooftops during the American Revolution as an assassin hell bent on loosening the Templars’ grip on society in Assassin’s Creed III resonated with me.

"Since 2007, the Assassin’s Creed series has always had an impressive art direction, bringing players to places and points in time that games just never visit, from the Middle East during the Crusades to Constantinople at the tail end of the Renaissance.

In Titan Books’ The Art of Assassin’s Creed III, series Creative Director Alex Hutchinson wrote in a foreward that continued attention to detail was important to continue in Assassin’s Creed III."
