The Unrealized Potential of Wii U's Screen-Sharing

1UP- Now that we've received a couple of Wii U review units at the office, I was eager to take one home and try out the one feature I'm most excited about: Screen-sharing. That is, the ability to game on the touch pad's screen without using the television to which the system's attached.

Turns out it's almost shockingly easy and painless. Once the system has been set up and the pad and console synced, you can operate a Wii U entirely from the touch pad if you like. Power on the system, navigate menus, launch games -- simple and easy. I put the system to the test with New Super Bros. U, and managed to lauch the console and game and play a couple of stages without ever using the television. (Wii U)

I have a feeling all that sharing is going to lead to many drops of the gamepad.

Luckily for me there are no little kids around to drop it.
