Does Super Monkey Ball for Vita slip up on a banana skin?

"Whilst this all sounds like a return to form, some of the level design feels tired, either aping (apologies for the pun) previous games nearly in their entirety, or feeling like a cheap parody. Some of the genius level design of the first two games is clearly missing, and this is probably the biggest issue for the game.
