Epic Games' decision to focus on console platforms rather than the PC, as revealed this week by Gears of War creator Cliff Bleszinski, will come as a blow to hardcore PC gamers - but it's not exactly a surprising move.
I dunno why this is supposed to come as a blow to hardcore PC gamers, seriously Epic's star started to dim after UT2 (the last game I bought from them). I didn't bother with Gears of War it just didn't interest me in the least and the same with UT3, been there done that. But if CliffyB should see this, there is a reason your games didn't sell and it wasn't due to piracy it was due to them being mediocre, generic and luck luster. Which oddly enough are three traits that will see you do marvelously in the console market, just don't let the door hit you on the way out.
