Techtorial: Walmart has just revealed its ultimate Black Friday deals for this year and it's looking really good for consoles and video games.
(Assassin's Creed III, Black Friday, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3, Dishonored, inFamous 2, PS3, Uncharted 2: Among Thieves, Wal-Mart, Wii, Xbox 360)
NBA 2K13
Need 4 Speed :Most Wanted
Twisted Metal
It may not be dead, but the online system sucks. You have to wait too long to get into a game. Most gamers aren't willing to go thorough all the BS just to play online. I love the game, but online should have been implemented differently. And DrDeath is right... TM has seen little support from Sony since launch. They should have promoted it with free DLC packs like Starhawk, and made online more accessible. The game plays brilliantly and is fun, it just needs to be more accessible with more content.
On topic: I think Amazon will match all of these deals... I'll just stay glued to my computer. Forza Horizon for $15 is ridiculous.
that is all
For starters, the Xbox controllers at $39.96. I've consistently found Xbox controllers on Amazon for under $40. Also, the 16GB Wi-fi iPad 2 for $399? That's the same price Apple has been selling them for (with the personal engraving) since the third-gen iPad was announced.
At least most of their game deals look pretty good. Not worth being trampled to death or having deal with 'Wal-Mart people' to obtain, but good deals, nonetheless.
Here's the iPad 2 16GB WiFi from Apple: http://store.apple.com/us/b...

Apparently, the retailer offers a $75 gift card giving an impression the price of the iPad 2 is at $324.
In my opinion, Macmall gives some of the best deals for Apple products and that's the one I'm waiting for next week.
so you wont be able to use that gift card on the ipad itself
Assassin's Creed 3, Hitman, Dark Souls, and Far Cry.... My wallet is about to cry.
If you go to Wal-Mart it might be best to just buy a Black Friday paper.
HOWEVER, Cyber Monday is the better experience. You don't have to wait in horribly long lines in the cold, there's usually more than just 10 - 20 of a given item, you don't have to drive from store to store trying to get what you want from each one, if you have auto fill on your computer checkout is a breeze, and there are generally sales ALL DAY LONG.
HOWEVER, Cyber Monday is online so that means it's even more competitive than Black Friday since the entire nation and even other countries can purchase the items, but most importantly so many people on so many sites generally causes the website to crash, so get use to hitting the refresh button, and possibly missing a deal due to such issues.
Pick your poison, but it's best to do both. Whatever you miss on Black Friday pick up on Cyber Monday. Also Wal-Mart and Best-Buy (and I believe this year Target) are your best friends on Black Friday. They all match competitors ad prices as long as they're not doorbusters (although I think Wal-Mart still does). However, it doesn't apply if the competitors ad offers a gift card with the purchase or a percentage off of a price.
Hope that helps and good luck
Wait there while all the other people bum-rush the piles of games. You'll get everything you want and not trampled in the process.
Borderlands 2?
Dishonored?!
I'm going to take like 200 bucks and buy a years+ worth of games.
