THQ CEO Exercises Options, Sells Stock

The chief executive of THQ Inc., which makes entertainment software, exercised options for 73,556 shares and sold 52,837 shares of stock, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing Wednesday.

In a Form 4 filed with the SEC, Brian Farrell reported he exercised options at $7.89 apiece and sold the shares for $19.40 apiece to $19.69 apiece on Monday. (Industry)
