US divison is problematic, says Atari's Gardner

While setting out his vision for a new Atari, CEO David Gardner admitted that the firm's US-based operation has lost Infogrames money – but insists that there will be no sell-off within the loss-making division.

"It's true it has lost plenty of money," he told MCV. "We don't directly control the US because they have their own Board of directors and management, and from a business point of view, it hasn't always proven to be ideal."
