Serious Sam 3 Developer Has Serious Issues with Windows 8

Maximum PC: Croteam CTO Alen Ladavac is the latest game developer to lash out against Windows 8, and he did so by posting a rather lengthy message on Steam's forum. Ladavac was commenting in a thread dedicated to a new Serious Sam 3 patch, and he sort of went off on a tangent, complaining about the tiled interface in Windows 8, the certification process, and age restrictions that have prevented titles like Dishonored and Skyrim from appearing in the Windows Store.

Microsoft, don't do the walled garden!

Ya apple can get away with that stuff since their fanbase is filled with casual users.. MS on the other hand has too many core users. Adding limits like his is just a bad idea.

Oh, the age certification thing. Microsoft has already confirmed that they will remove it, allowing rated 18 games to appear in their store.

WHINN, WHINE WHINE WHINE,Why can't you screwy funts just find a compromise with MS on how to make each others service better. instead of crying like a bunch of developer funts. if another developer whines i hope his projects turn to massive failures.

Let me get this right...he is angry that he has to get he game approven by Microsoft to get a game in Microsoft's store.

But have no problem doing the same thing with Valve and their STEAM plattform....

It takes 3 sek to add any game or program as a tile.

So this is just silly.
