IGN: Lost Odyssey Post-Release Interview

Now that Lost Odyssey is out and being devoured by gamers all over the world, IGN decided it was time to get in touch with the development team to find out more about the character creation process. After all, it's no small feat to create a memorable cast that can go the distance for somewhere between 40 and 80 hours. Daisuke Fukugawa, Game Director at Feel Plus, took IGN's questions.

IGN AU: Can you discuss some of the concepts or designs that didn't make the cut and why they were dropped?

Daisuke Fukugawa: One example is that we did not use the first design of Tolten because it looked too strong for the character. It was redesigned to a weaker and immature appearance.
