5 Most Anticipated Wii U Launch Titles

It’s hard to believe that in just two short weeks, the Wii U will start the next generation of consoles on November 18th. There’s a big selection of launch titles to choose from that day, but we wanted to highlight our 5 most anticipated to show you which ones you should be keeping an eye out for.

Yeah, I haven't seen much of Black Ops 2 solely on the Wii U. Hopefully it looks at least on par with the other versions.

My most anticipated launch title as of now is New Super Mario Bros U. From what I have witnessed so far from YouTube demonstrations, this exclusive screams AAA quality. It reminds me of Super Mario World for the glory days of the Super Nintendo entertainment system. Complete with clear crisp HD visuals, and the highly missed old school world map that was made famous in the 1990s. A clear hit of nostalgia, something that never fails to show its face with a new Mario franchise release.

My second option is Nintendo Wii U entertainment system exclusive ZombiU. The very title that I believe will play a sizable part in saving the survival horror genre. A genre that has been lacking in many aspects for several years now as games in that genre have made a recent push toward action horror. Hopefully both titles properly deliver for the Nintendo supportive fanbase come launch.

My girl wants sports connection, mario and scribblenauts.
Me I will scoop up assasins creed, black ops, darkstalkers, and either tekken or or batman. I love the fact that i owned two from last gen and showed no support by buying games everything will seem new to me.

The games I am most surprised to be excited about are CoDBlops 2, Nintendoland and Ninja Gaiden 3.

ZombiU actually looks really interesting. I'm generally bored to death with zombie games - but it might well be worth a look.

I don't know what game will be the first one I actually play but ZombiU will be the first disc that enters my console so I can take a zombie pic of myself.

I'll be picking up Mario, Black Ops 2, & Zombie U when I pick up the Wii U. Nov 30 here in Australia is the launch date, really looking forward to it.
