I agree i am really enjoying the game. Not done much mp but from what i have done i like what it offers too. I think this game has legs like forza 4 has and ill still be playing it in 12 months.

I'm a big forza fan and do like this game but I do feel that it's a bit overrated. Why?

I'm already 60% through the races and I've only had it a few days. It's too easy even on insane with all assists off for forza veterans and serious racers. The game is very much a pretty test drive - you drive around, do a race, rinse and repeat, find a few cars, challenge a few annoying characters and steal their motors. It's really not that much different to test drive apart from the graphics and racing model.
The game world is also surprisingly small. Less than a third of the driving distance of test drives Oahu. The physics model has been nerfed a bit compared to forza 4 no doubt for the casuals. The online isn't always on like test driive - fine if you like cruising around in a world of npcs. The engine sounds are too quiet and you can't adjust the game audio to boost the engine without making the background world noise too loud. The sound controls are very simple.

It's perfectly possible to complete the game with the supplied cars. Why would I need any car packs to explore a small game that I've already all but completed after 4 days? Forza 4 and test drive games have much longer playability and in forzas case a lot more cars out of the box.

The games good, but not legendary in my opinion. I suspect that I'll be trading it in within a week having finished. As for the 4000 msp for a season pass - don't make me laugh.

Oh and how often would you expect to see an Aventador or Veyron on a rally stage and then be as fast or faster than the dedicated rally type cars????

I have no problem buying car packs like this in reality these cars cost less than buying a Hot Wheels car. Sure a Hot Wheels car is physical and you can hold it in your hands but you can't drive it, you can't hear it and the quality isn't even close to the digital version you're getting here.
