Sneaking past the competition.
Dishonored is unlike anything I’ve played before. Breathing fresh air into the overly saturated First Person perspective of games, Dishonored offers a unique take on incorporating movement and exploration which is typically found in Third Person titles. The closest comparison you could make to Dishonored’s style of play would be towards EA’s 2008 title, Mirrors Edge (EA, give me a sequel already), with its unique take on navigating the environment from a POV angle. Dishonored gives players freedom, what players see on the surface is not all the game has to offer. Instead, this is a title that demands multiple playthroughs and creative thinking, something players may need to get themselves reacquainted with.
