Did EA just buy the Kingdoms of Amulur IP?

We may have just received our first indication that EA has bought the Kingdoms of Amalur IP through a Youtube claim. (38 Studios, EA, Industry, Kingdoms Of Amalur: Reckoning)

I hope someone buys the IP. The game was a fun one & I would like to see more games in the Amulur world.

Without official word, it remains speculation, but I don't think it would be good for EA if they'd claim vids they don't actually own. Youtube is rather difficult/uptight about the claiming process. So I'm confident that this one will turn out to be true.
