Geek Binge: On the surface, there’s a lot of things to love about Dishonored. The combat is simply fantastic, and features one of the best (and simplest) forms of sword combat to ever be featured in a video game. The graphics are frequently beautiful, and the sound design is just wonderful. I guaranteed you’ll have a blast well playing this game, and won’t regret the experience. But even then, there’s something off about Dishonored, something that keeps it from really achieving true greatness. When all is said and done Dishonored is, for the most part, a hollow and completely unnoteworthy experience…and what a damn shame that is.
