5 games that we dare you to play on Halloween

PS3 Attitude: "To be honest, we’ve never really understood Halloween at PS3 Attitude. As they grow up, children are understandably told time and time again to never ever accept sweets from strangers. Oh, apart from on Halloween, that is, when this kind of behaviour is positively encouraged. Madness!

But we digress. Halloween is also a great excuse to play some of the scariest games on PS3, so we dare you to make it through as many of our chosen titles as you can." (Costume Quest, Dead Rising 2, Dead Space, InFamous: Festival of Blood, PC, PS3, Siren: Blood Curse, Xbox 360)

I think i'm going to Hellingly Asylum this halloween, but if I was to choose a game to play it would be Amnesia.

Some good choices but I'd replace Dead Rising with Kingdom hearts, assuming you haven't completed Halloween town yet ofcourse :P

I'm going to hit the PS Move arcade shooters hard, first with House of the Dead, then I''ll aim to complete Dead Space Extinction.

You want true horror you play Amy, after playing that you'll wake up every night in a cold sweat screaming in horror at actually play that :p

Someone play SIREN at midnight, in the dark with headphones on. Tell me how it was.

I'll do it on Halloween, I imported blood curse aka new translation sometime ago. Game even has a midnight mode which is supposed to amplify smaller noises.

Just played Costume Quest last Saturday for the first time as it sat on my HD untouched for like a year.

What an amazing Halloween game! I finished it in one seating and it is short and simplistic, but it was filled with so much Halloween charm I couldn't stop.

agree, i loved cq when i played it 1st time.it didn't change after replaying it few times more:)my woman likes it(even though she has problems during combat because she is epileptic and there is LOTS of flashing) and i bet our little boy will love it when he is big enough to play^^

yeah, I could see this being a game to play every Halloween season.

Its cool that the game reaches into my/our nostalgic Halloween childhood but is perfect for the little ones today too! :)
