Rare Sonic Xtreme footage discovered, SEGA asks 'Mario Who?'

Some rare footage of Sonic Xtreme (Sega Saturn) has been released on the web. The footage shows a plumber (presumably Mario) talking about how he's been terrified by Sonic the Hedgehog.

SEGA asks "Mario Who?" in the ad, which is hugely ironic and comical now.

I'm pretty shure this is not new. I watched this vid on hear over a year ago. Still it is interesting to see games that never came out.

It contains some rare footage that previously was only available to journalists at E3 1996 on a promo-VHS, to my knowledge

One of the rare games forums had vids of it, I just checked wiki and it said in 2006 somebody got a playable test level of the game. vids were uploaded by the owner playing the game. But still it's good to see more vids. Chris senn the games director has a website that has lots of early footage and gameplay details, but I can't remember the web address if you want to see more of it I'm sure you can find the web address from a google search. I wish more creators of failed or canceled games would make sites to let fans know more about them.

i remember waiting for this game to release & it didnt ;( my poor beloved saturn.. I used to hate playstation ya know.. I had to give in after sega died
