Liberation Maiden Review | MiniFortress.com

Liberation Maiden has a simplistic plot when compared to other games developed by Suda 51. You play as Shoko Ōzora, a high school girl that becomes the second president of Japan after her father’s assassination. Enemy forces are destroying Japan and Shoko, coupled with her mech the Liberator, takes it upon herself to purify Japan and defeat the enemy. The story remains pretty basic throughout the game, but is nicely told with great anime cut-scenes and some good voice acting as well. (3DS, Liberation Maiden) 7/10
