The Video Game Genre That Doesn’t Yet Exist

There’s no denying that video games over the past few decades, specifically during the last generation, have taken huge strides toward mainstream legitimacy. The only people that really still consider video games a children’s hobby are people who don’t spend any time around games. Most everyone who picks up a controller and plays a game like Heavy Rain or BioShock or Red Dead Redemption can see that in terms of storytelling, thematic elements, and presentation, gaming is on par with, and sometimes exceeds film, television, and books. (Culture, Heavy Rain , Journey, Tag Invalid, The Walking Dead: Episode 1 "A New Day")

Paying for a frame at a time hasn't been done before! You step forward: 'Please download DLC for the next frame'. It would make the devs a fortune.
