GameZone writes, "Medal of Honor: Warfighter doesn't do anything wrong per say; it just doesn't really do anything different... or exciting... or memorable. It's multiplayer is comparable to other titles on the market, while it's single player campaign is sorely lacking the emotional drive to keep the player engaged. The end result is a generic first-person shooter." 6.5/10
And I have played it. It's no different than any CoD or Battlefield I've ever played. I'm sending it back to GameFly as soon as I work up the nerve to finish the damn thing.
I'm not trying to be funny, but, haven't the last few Call of Duties been exactly like this?
It's better. I really don't understand all the hate on this game. It has a few bugs, especially on the mp side but nothing that's game breaking to me.
The MoH name just isn't working though really, the first game felt mediocre by today's standards and so did the beta of this. It's like Battlefield and CoD had a forbidden affair and gave dirty man birth to this.
If EA really wanted to release a yearly fps game, they should probably take the developers of this and have them work on the bad company franchise and play off the battlefield IP. It would probably get them some hate for pulling an Activision milking an IP yearly but lets be honest, activision's decision to release a yearly cod has probably helped them solidify their position as biggest game of the year sales wise.
