I live in Mpls and I look forward to checking the place out. A number of my friends also show interest. I'm just concerned about the prices and what kind of crowds will be attracted to the place. The last club at that location was closed due to the high crime rate and hundreds of police calls every month. I'm afraid it'll attract the crowds from the north side and it'll be full of thugs.
